Salsa Chicken
4-6 Chicken Breasts (fresh or frozen)
1 Jar salsa (any flavor)
I said it was easy! Put all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low all day. Stir in some more salsa a few minutes before serving on hot rice with a nice veggie on the side.
Dinner is DONE!
